Netcorp GPS devices provide location accuracy typically within 5–10 metres using a combination of GPS satellite data and cellular network triangulation. Updates are sent every 30 seconds while the vehicle is in motion.

Will GPS tracking drain my vehicle battery?

No. Our hardwired trackers draw a very small standby current and enter a low-power sleep mode when the ignition is off. OBD-II plug-in trackers are similarly low-draw. Neither will flatten a healthy vehicle battery under normal conditions.
